I was watching this really disturbing TLC show last night about severely obese people, and it freaked me out. These people were ingesting 15,000 calories a day, one guy was eating 35,000 calories a day! This got me curious, so I've started using FitDay again to keep track of my caloric intake.
To ensure that I would burn off the 1800 calories I ate yesterday, I went out and rode bikes with Scotty for about three hours last night.
Is there another word out there that defines itself visually as well as this word?
Those two parallel lines in the middle easily remind you how to correctly spell it.
update: The following words were also suggested this weekend by a few people:

New year, new city, new house, some goals:
Print up and put up lots and lots of pictures.
Get new furniture!I take a lot of photos, but never print them, they're forever trapped as binary files, and it seems a shame that they never fully realize what their analog film cousins get to experience. Therefore I'm going to be printing more photos of friends and family, and photos taken by friends and family to hang all over the new house. There's more wall space than I've ever had, and it will be covered with stuff I like to look at.
Paint?I really only have one couch, one table, and one chair for my living room setup. This was fine for Manhattan, but all that will barely fill a corner of the new living room. I'm going to look into getting a second couch, or love seat (or love seat). I need end tables, and maybe a new coffee table, the current one's veneer is starting to warp, and crack (note to self: get coasters). I also need shelves; bookshelves, wall shelves, bathroom shelves, and kitchen shelves, including spice shelves that I can walk past and brush with my shoulder, knocking all the spices to to floor. Yes that will do.
Garden!I hate painting, but the whole place is whitewashed. This is something that will have to be given some consideration like, "what color?", and "who can I trick into helping me?" On the other hand there are about fifty layers of paint on the walls already, so why make the place any smaller? In the office room someone painted over wallpaper, "You wanna us to tear this paper off the walls?" "Nah, no time, we have to rent this place to some gullible New Yorkers, JUST PAINT OVER IT!"
One thing I know won't change is the color of the FRONT DOOR
We now have a back patio, which means our first very own outside space all to ourselves. Last fall M and I made planter boxes which we'll be using to grow tomatoes, and lettuce, and flowers, and maybe even put some sod down so Allie the princess can poop (she won't go on concrete, only grass). The dog-poop sod won't be in the same planter box as the vegetables.

Noah is putting up a Picture a day with a celebrity (I think he's done).
News story explaining the project.
It's got two bedrooms, one bathroom, new hardwood floors, a basement with new washer and dryer (!!), and a back patio. Best of all rent is a bit over half of what I'm paying now for our 1 bedroom apartment in NYC.
It's about 20 blocks from where Mari will be working in center city.

Mari got a job in Philadelphia, and we're moving.
We don't know:
- where we're going to live
if I'll be able to keep my jobupdate: I was told this shouldn't affect my job.- all that much about the city
- Philly is a hell of a lot cheaper than NYC
- a bunch of people already
- that we like the city
Also, I haven't been able to get this song out of my head for days:
Haha true. That's rule number 1. read more
